Fran & I arrived mid-February in Bangkok, and have since been down south to Koh Tao (in the Gulf of Thailand) for a spot of snorkeling (wish I had an underwater camera!), back up to the North to Chiang Mai, and then moved on to Laos. We are now in Hanoi, Vietnam. A bit of a whirlwind, but we've spent enough time in each city of absorb the atmosphere. It is amazing to be here and a constant sensorial stimuli. It is also eye-opening and fascinating to experience cultures that I only had a vague understanding of before my travels.

Summer time is back. I stopped getting film developed for a long time, and then when I did again, I realized why! I wish the pharmacy still had their 3 dollar development deal still going. I hate that the end of film is looming over us.
So glad to have the sun back, I need to move to a country that isn't covered in snow for over 6 months.

some dreamy things from a while back
I hadn't developed some rolls of 120 film, and found some photos I forgot I had taken almost a year ago.
I am also loving the new flickr layout. Efficient.

A lot of the times things don't turn out the way you expected them too. Most of the time in fact. But sometimes, things you really didn't expect happen, and that's fun.
